Chris Baylis is Executive Creative Director of Tribal DDB Amsterdam. With over 10 years experience in some of the best known digital agencies in London, including Agency Republic and GT, he now heads up one of the emerging hotshops on the international creative stage. Previous work of note includes campaigns for Child Protection Online, BBC, Unilever, Smirnoff, Playstation and Audi. Most recently, he won the Film Grand Prix at Cannes, and a Silver Cyber Lion for Philips Cinema 21:9.

Mehdi studied graphic design in the Art Academy and afterwards majored in Art and Design at England’s Cambridge University. He has participated in numerous exhibitions around the world and has won several important prizes. He has also received a research study scholarship from Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art for innovation and creativity in his posters. His works have been published in reputable international magazines and books and exhibited and kept in collections, galleries and museums around the world.

Raphael attended the MBA Executive at COPPEAD/UFRJ, studied Advertising at UniCEUB and also Graphic Advertising at the Instituto Europeo di Design in Milan, Italy. Is currently responsible for the creative strategy for brands like Fiat, Nextel, SKY and SADIA. He accumulates more than 30 awards from national and international, including CannesLions, NY One Show and others. Raphael received also the recognition "Publicist of the Year 2007" by Prêmio Colunistas Brasília.
